How to set Google as your search engine

Microsoft undoubtedly has some problems with Windows RT , criticism raining down from all directions, even from the main partners. First of all was Asus, who decided not to market its first tablet RT for ‘wait for the response of the market’, in open protest against RT Surface and the choice to present it without the knowledge of the same houses affiliated to the OS.

Recently, the company has almost withdrawn its tablet RT from the European market and the same surface (always in RT version) seems to have not sold as Microsoft had expected . Doubts related to this system are different, computer scientists have indeed found some remarkable similarities with Windows 8, as if they were twins separated at birth and forcibly follow different fates, with RT that Windows sees her tied hand in glove with that of Windows Store not yet reached the goal of 50 000 Applications.

A leader in the Microsoft ecosystem we have Mike Angiulo , a person who believes strongly in Windows RT and wished to reaffirm this in a recent dialogue held with the editors of CNET . According to the Redmond Angiulo has invested a lot of work on this operating system, as part of a strategy that will strengthen with time, moreover, the ARM devices would help Microsoft in the launch of Windows 8 tablet, for stronger competition to the Apple iPad.

Statement with which we agree only in part, since even the Windows 8 tablet with Atom have access to the App Store and the more traditional ones developed for the x86 platform. Regarding the chapter ARM vs Intel Angiulo was limited to a few ‘claims office’, arguing that in 1-2 years we will have really good chip, with Windows RT has before him a very bright future .

Microsoft may also have the mysterious plans in which the poor sales of the Surface RT does not matter that much, but the confidence of the partners is at a historic low in this respect. Last thrust came from the same Nvidia CEO in recent days, with Windows RT defined bluntly disappointing, not so much for its features, but for the disappointing sales of Tegra 3 (Outlook clamored).
